Anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship, stress relief, general concerns. Anything and everything. I help clients find the power to embrace authenticity through positive change and acceptance. Together, we will walk the paths of struggle so that you can find peace and the ability to choose happiness. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. We'll work together in solution focused therapy or I will simply provide a space for you to talk. Whatever your needs, I'm here to listen. I welcome clients from all walks of life and embrace all relationship types for individual and couples counseling. Currently offering in-person and group sessions. Call for scheduling and details. Now taking requests to join the Anxiety Reduction and Management Group for Women, starting March 9 and ending March 30. This is a 4 week program to get your anxiety under control while finding support from others. Closed group with limited spots. Call for fees and details.
