Introduction

Congratulations on taking the first and perhaps hardest step toward taking control of your life. Many clients come to me not knowing where to begin. My goal is to work with you to create a plan to create the type of change you want to see in your life. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, drug and/or alcohol addiction, relationship stressors, self-esteem issues, or adjustment issues, I believe that I can help you create the life you want. I graduated from Western Michigan University with my MSW in 2008. I am an LMSW and a CAADC. I have 15 years of experience working with complex trauma and addiction and I understand how difficult and scary starting therapy can be. I will help you learn the tools you will need to be successful.
