Introduction

I believe you have the medicine you need within. Let’s mobilize your inner resources for neuroplasticity and mind-body healing. I specialize in evidence-based therapies for soaring above anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain. Depending on your needs, I incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an innovative eye movement and memory reconsolidation therapy, to neutralize triggers and rehearse success in the virtual reality of the mind. As a certified practitioner of Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I teach tools to disrupt the pain-fear cycle and retrain the brain to feel safe. As an Ecotherapist, I help people connect the mind and body using nature as a secure base. I also invite expressive arts into the healing process. My goal is to help you better get to know your inner wisdom and mobilize your inner resources for healing.
