I got started in Art Therapy and Counseling as a second career. I spent a decade working in a Level 1 trauma medical laboratory before pursuing a Physician Assistant degree. While interviewing for educational programs, I realized what I really wanted was to hear people's stories and instill hope, empowering them to live life on their own terms, in alignment with their values. I have worked in a multitude of settings from clinical, community, residential and outpatient serving a diverse population from rural to urban. My hope for you in working together is to provide you with the knowledge and skills, to heal and develop a present and authentic sense of self.
