Hey! I'm Tiarra Abu-Bakr, The founder of True Self Holistic Therapy. I am a Holistic Mental Health Therapist and I am deeply passionate about Self Discovery. My ideal client maybe grappling with questions of identity and in need of some clarity. They maybe experiencing some relationship challenging's due to a fear of conflict or a lack of boundaries. My ideal client maybe experiencing a life transition that has shifted their being. This person may even have some unresolved trauma stored in their body. We guide clients through a journey of Self Discovery that allows them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their values, and what brings meaning to their life. We use somatic healing modalities with the intention of achieving enhanced overall wellness: mentally, physically, relationally, and emotionally.
