Introduction

Are you an LGBTQIA+ identifying person struggling with feelings of anxiety or identity? Has your relationship lost its spark? Or are you simply overwhelmed and struggling to make it through the day? I'd love to help. My specific areas of focus include those in the LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as those experiencing grief/loss, self-destructive behaviors, anger, depression, PTSD, substance use, and hoarding. I work with kids, teens, families, couples, and individuals using evidence-based techniques such as DBT, CBT, and EFT. I value all genders and all lifestyles. My mission is to provide a safe environment for us to walk together through whatever it is we're up against. I want you to find the confidence to shine as bright as I know you can. I employ evidence-based treatment models to increase self-awareness and confidence. As a queer-identifying therapist, I'm especially empathetic to issues in LGBTQIA+ communities. I truly want to support you as you navigate the challenges and triumphs of growing, learning, and becoming your own person, while meeting the unavoidable demands of everyday life. Our work together will be collaborative, supportive, and person-centered.
