I am a postdoctoral fellow at East Side CBT specializing in anxiety and mood disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed lens. Our initial sessions will focus on how we can work together to move towards your goals.
