I’m a Black Malawian Woman Psychologist committed to helping individuals and families learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on using a trauma informed, culturally infused and systems aware approach. I believe in empowering clients to understand themselves and their effect on the world in order to harness their positive energy into building a life they will love! I’m passionate about creating a space for people to feel understood, seen and heard. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge by participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts.
