Introduction

As a clinical social worker, I am committed to helping individuals and families live their best lives. With a welcoming, open-minded approach and genuine compassion for others, I will partner with you as we work together to identify and work toward your goals. I work primarily through present-focused, somatic, and cognitive approaches that are infused with mindfulness practices. Through this model of therapy, I will provide support, guidance, and education so that you may overcome the barriers to your goals and LIVE WELL. In over 15 years of practice, my focus has been on helping teens, adults, and families in multiple settings. Through this experience, I have developed an integrative approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and others. I believe in the importance of transparency in the therapeutic process. With compassion and empathy, I provide honest feedback and continually collaborate with you throughout the process. The process of healing and growing has its ups and downs. I will provide the understanding and accountability needed to provide quality care.
