Introduction

I am a certified clinical trauma professional level II, and I specialize in treating complex trauma. I also specialize in treating any stress-related issues including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and other adjustment issues. Healing is possible if you choose to validate your stress, remain positive and proactive, and take positive actions. It is possible for you to survive and thrive despite your stress. Research has shown that post-traumatic growth involved gaining personal strength, developing spiritual strength, having greater appreciation for life, seeing new possibilities, and forming healthy relationships, and it all starts with restoring your relationship with you.
