My focus lies in assisting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addition concerns. I am passionate about aiding individuals grappling with relationship difficulties. Including adult children who seek to reshape their relationship with their parents. I work alongside my clients, engaging in a collaborative effort to establish treatment goals that are effective and authentic to you. In order to address your unique needs, I draw upon a range of modalities such as motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and EMDR.
