I am dedicated to helping my clients establish enduring, positive changes by delving into the patterns and root causes that underlie their current stressors. I work alongside my clients, engaging in a collaborative effort to establish treatment goals that are effective and authentic to you. In order to address your unique needs, I draw upon a range of modalities such as motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and EMDR.
