Introduction

Since 2000, I have been working with adolescents, couples and families. I have extensive experience working with people navigating challenging relationships in their personal life, as well as in the workplace setting. My focus in counseling extends to issues related to anxiety and depression, adjustment difficulties, couples’ distress, and stage-of-life transitions. In my free time I enjoy coaching sports, lifting weights, hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with my family.
