Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters of Education in Counseling and Human Development. I accept clients aged 10 and up to aide them in utilizing specific techniques and strategies to enhance their overall perspectives via Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and a variety of others. Breaking counterproductive and harmful patterns is the major focal point of my practice along with increasing self-awareness and developing a sense of confidence that allows clients to address their issues in a successful manner. Developing a holistically sound perspective on your life should be a top priority and I am committed to helping clients to achieve this goal. We will work together by using the strategies listed above to help decrease negative symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, ADHD, ODD, Personality Disorders, Compulsive Disorders, Eating Disorders, and a multitude of others.
