Introduction

Thomas Cooper has been providing loving, respectful, and compassionate psychotherapy services in the State of Arizona since 1974. Mr. Cooper provides a safe, harmonious, trusting, and caring counseling atmosphere that invites individuals to develop their own positive living lifestyle for themselves and those who are associated with them. Mr. Cooper provides counseling services both in-office as well as teletherapy in Arizona. Mr. Cooper provides individual, couples and family therapies which include such areas as problem gambling, substance abuse disorders, psychiatric issues: such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, conflict resolution, and anger management. Mr. Cooper has the ability to assist others who are having difficulty with their own internal messaging system that leaves them confused and insecure with self. Mr. Cooper has created a private client centered counseling practice, which provides each person an environment to shed all the old fears and to gain the simple, but dynamic core of self-acceptance and realization of their own dynamic potential. I walk my life with four great principles of living: Truthfulness, Harmony, Self-Discipline, and Devotion; anchored with love, care, respect, compassion. He encourages each client to accept full responsibility for life experiences. Clients define their lives with either fear and defensiveness, or with love and acceptance. It is Mr. Cooper’s firm belief that human beings seek to be Loved and to be Loving. When this beautiful thought is not practiced, we fall into negativity and despair. The practice schedules only appointments. Teletherapy sessions are conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. For further information call 520-623-9180.
