Introduction

Welcome to my practice, where I specialize in helping adults, teens, and couples in Seattle, WA, overcome their challenges and become the authors of their own stories. My approach is human-centered, depth-based, and tailored to your unique needs. Specialties: men* (including transgender and non-binary masculine), depression, psychedelic integration, and trauma, as well as challenges in relationships and social situations. These can feel insurmountable. You may face uncertainty about your career or identity, feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. Men, especially, may find it tough to express their worries and lack the context to share deeply. Therapy contains the things that feel out of control and, once a week or more, you have a safe place to bring yourself fully and authentically. I offer specialized services tailored to trauma, depression, anxiety, loneliness, and career or relationship uncertainties. I will focus on learning who you are in relation to yourself and others. You will be empowered to develop and grow through deep understanding and consistent presence over time. *While my practice specializes in addressing the unique challenges faced by men, I welcome individuals of all genders and backgrounds. It is a vulnerable thing to reach out for help. You have done 80% of the work by taking that brave step. The rest is just showing up. I look forward to hearing from you.
