I can help you explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences to gain insight into the things going on in your life. I provide a safe space to be seen, heard and to receive support. Together we can explore ways to enhance your sense of wellbeing and healing using evidence-based strategies. I am here to listen and to equip you with the tools you need to build a life worth living. I specialize in the treatment of personality disorders such as borderline personality disorder & obsessive-compulsive personality disorder. My treatment approach draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). However, no treatment modality is a one size fits all, therefore treatment is tailored to each persons needs.
