Welcome to my psychotherapy practice. Your first visit to a new therapist is very important, and you may have many questions. Once reviewing my profile, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from JFK University and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT 51372). I have been providing psychotherapy services since 2012, working mostly with adolescents and their families, parents, couples, multi-generational families and young adults. My theoretical orientation can be described as holistic, using various approaches to meet each client’s specific needs such as mindfulness, CBT, writing in therapy, and person centered therapy.
