I am a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Masters of Social Work from Fordham University and Bachelors in Social work from Stockton University . I am a Gottman Method Level 3 Trained therapist and trained in Trauma Focused CBT. My go to method is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I will use an eclectic method depending on the needs of each Individual. I love working alongside individuals to figure out the barriers to living their best life and how to achieve their therapeutic goals. I have experience with victims of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and couples counseling. I provide a safe place for you to share your story and learn how to cope.
