Introduction

I graduated from the University of Saint Joseph with a masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have previously worked with families, couples, and individuals. I am invested in helping you grow as an individual and a family. We will work together to develop skills and techniques to help manage life's hardships and struggles, finding emotional stability. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional regulation, family conflict, parenting, and stress. As a therapist, I use a collaborative approach with clients to help create a comfortable and safe space for client's to be able to openly share their feelings, experiences, and thoughts.
