Theresa's practice focuses on helping adolescent and adults learn how to effectively manage anxiety and stress, decrease depression, support positive life transitions, improve social connections, and building effective parenting skills. -THERAPY SERVICES- Theresa uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, combined with Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, and Client-Centered Therapy techniques to help her clients navigate the challenges they face. This allows her clients to learn from their life experiences, understand the impact of their current patterns and decision-making, and explore and develop new ways of thinking and behaving. Clients will discover the tools they have within to grow, overcome challenges, and experience a healthier, more satisfying life. -PARENTING SKILLS SERIES- This program consists of sessions, focusing on building your skills as parents to effectively navigate the unique challenges of parenting. -ART THERAPY- No training or talent is needed to experience the benefits learned through the creative process.
