Introduction

Hi there, my name is Terry Goldstein, I am a licensed professional clinical counselor. Clients who work with me have anxiety, depression, trauma, or OCD/phobias. I provide Expressive Arts Therapy, a holistic and "bottom up approach" that can help adults and teens process their emotions in a gentle and safe way. When we create, we give a message to our body that we are safe and we can then better process our experiences and emotions. It is important to be able to externalize our feelings as we cannot just talk our way out of feeling. In the past, I was a school counselor, worked with Alzheimers and dementia clients and their families, provided infant and maternal mental heal for two years, and counseling for adults and teens over the last four years. I have provided therapy throughout the lifespan and enjoy working with an array of ages and clients.
