Introduction

I grew up in the Midwest and am Korean and Italian. My clients find me to be warm and down to earth. I believe counseling is a collaborative process and that it starts in the first session as we work together to understand your concerns. I start with being authentic myself and ask my clients to do the same. It is essential to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable being vulnerable with, as you will be sharing important details and reflections about your life experience. For over 20 years, I have been helping people improve their relationships, heal their wounds, grieve losses, cope with transitions, reach their goals, and celebrate life. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental, supportive, safe space to help you uncover the things that are getting in the way of your happiness and well-being.
