Thea is a dedicated and compassionate social worker who earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University and is pursuing her Master of Social Work from SUNY Buffalo. Thea is also experienced in working with individuals struggling with addiction and in recovery, offering support grounded in empathy and non-judgment. She incorporates mindfulness practices and meditation to help clients build self-awareness and emotional regulation, creating a calm, supportive environment conducive to personal growth. Additionally, Thea utilizes HeartMath biofeedback techniques to guide clients in managing stress and improving their well-being.
