Introduction

Team Oaks is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of compassionate professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of attachment focused and trauma informed care including: clinical therapy for all ages, group therapy, occupational and speech therapies, integrative nutrition, parent support and education, legal aid, and more. Treatment planning and case coordination are focused on the entire family unit, not only the child impacted by adoptive, foster or kinship placement. Our family care model is a powerful intervention in preventing crisis by cultivating deep healing connections for every member of the family and every point along the placement journey. It’s never too early to reach out for support, and it’s never too late.
