Introduction

The Courageous You offers quality, culturally competent counseling services, and our therapists have professional and lived experiences that give them a true understanding of the unique needs in BIPOC communities. We consider the multi-faceted challenges faced by marginalized groups. And, when needed, explore connections between uncontrollable environmental forces, microaggressions, and their impact on managing daily life stressors. Our therapists are committed to partnering with you, on-line or in-person, to help you assess and work toward your therapeutic goals. AVAILABILITY Our availability includes day-time, evenings, and weekends (in-person and virtual). Give us a call so we can discuss your needs and determine if we are a good fit for you! Please visit our website, www.thecourageousyou.com, for more information about our practice and full therapist bios! LCSW Supervision Please contact our office at 832-598-4003 or email Dr. Allison Bates, LCSW-S directly at allison@thecourageousyou.com if you would like to schedule a brief meeting to discuss your supervision needs.
