My name is Thalia Diaz, and I'm thrilled to have been connected with you! I strive to create a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space to work with clients. I am aware that the times in which talk-therapy is sought out are also the times in which life feels overwhelming. Whatever that struggle may be, I believe that the human spirit is strong and capable of healing. I am passionate about working alongside my clients to heal those wounds and setting them up to be able to reach the goals they've set for their futures. As your therapist you can expect me to approach you with kindness, warmth, genuine curiosity, and at times a razzle dazzle of humor. I am an encouraging and optimistic therapist while also a therapist that will challenge you when patterns of incongruent thoughts/behaviors arise. I'm always honored when entrusted to join people in their mental health journey, and am looking forward to meeting with you!
