We all are living in a very unusual time. Our pre-pandemic challenges and difficulties have taken on a new dimension. How we adapt to limitations, losses, grief, isolation, how we assimilate changes - all this shapes us, determines our ability or limitations to deal, to cope now. I am invested to meet you where you are at the moment, to guide you toward awareness of it, to help understand your needs, how you care or not about them, to look what else is available for you so, that you would like your outcome. I am interested in working with adults, individually or in any relationship structure. My professional background involves 15 years of intensive Gestalt Therapy Trainings focusing on Individual and Couples Therapy, Gestalt-Oriented Organizational Counseling and including Embodied Relational Sex Therapy. I am sensitive to cross-cultural factors and have respect for different backgrounds. In addition to English, I speak Russian and Ukrainian fluently and can carry on therapy in any or all three languages. My multi-lingual capacity is a great asset for families with English-speaking and Russian or Ukrainian-speaking members.
