Introduction

My philosophy is that we are all already whole, and that each of us already possesses the tools we need within to realize our full potential. What we need to do is look inward. I am passionate about working with motivated clients of all ages, races, genders and sexual orientations towards finding joy, direction and purpose. I use a person-centered approach, valuing my relationship with my clients as the most important tool in my practice. My goal is to help my clients attain wellness and balance of the mind, body and spirit in order to live life to the fullest. I have worked extensively with victims of child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. I specialize in helping my clients work through trauma utilizing a cognitive behavioral approach balanced with elements of mindfulness practice. I am also experienced working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief and transitions. There is no shame in asking for help, but I know just how difficult taking that step can be! You are so brave for coming this far. Let's take it step by step together.
