Tessa Peoples

Individual, Couple and Family Therapist Cultivate Therapy
Available this week
Specialties: Communication Issues, Couples Counseling, Life Transitions, Depression, LGBTQIA+,

Introduction

The people I work with are often experiencing uncertainty about their relationships or their choices, or feel unmotivated or unsatisfied in their work. They are navigating life transitions including stepping into adulthood, exploring identity and purpose, and building meaningful relationships. They are interested in breaking intergenerational patterns and doing something different with their families. I am passionate about working with couples who wish to build trust and deepen their connection. Therapy works best when it’s a good fit, so please reach out if you think this could be it! I look forward to learning more about you and what you’re looking to get out of therapy.
