Introduction

Hey! I'm Tessa Hughes, I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Associate (LMHCA) providing counseling both in person and online. I take a client-centered approach to therapy integrating different therapeutic methods, based on the clients needs. I believe healing comes from vulnerability in knowing yourself and being equipped with the tools to make changes to the issues in your life that are causing distress. I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore areas in their lives or relationships that need validation, support, healing, or change. Outside of work, you can find me spending time time with my husband, daughter, and hound dog, Bodi, whipping up something new in the kitchen, or reading a novel. I consider it an honor to walk with you on your journey and look forward to our work together.
