Hello! I'm Tessa. I have been in the field of Social Work for 13 years. I have worked as an addictions counselor, victim advocate, child protective services worker, and mental health counselor. My passion is to support individuals as they seek help to unravel their current mental health symptoms and environmental circumstances. I have worked in the mental health and addictions field, addressing the symptoms of addiction as well as working to manage the mental health symptoms. I work to help the individual find a starting point and continually make steps forward to achieve their goals. Life is difficult, messy, and hard. We all need a support system to help us find who we are meant to be.
