Introduction

I love working with all ages, ethnicities, cultures, and diversity. I have focused primarily work with teens and youth, but enjoy everyone. Therapy is a space for individuals to find their own story, the hidden pieces of themselves, and develop understanding. As long as clients come with the intention of healing, growth, and understanding, I'd love to be one to help. I have background with trauma, anxiety, depression, family systems, addiction, attachment, perinatal and postpartum, LGBTQ+, and more. I work with multiple treatment modalities including EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Mindfulness, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. I have specialized training for trauma, anxiety, and attachment. I am a believer that we are a product of our experiences but are not defined by them. We can work through traumas, learn from experiences, and develop beyond them. I hope to help clients find the hidden pieces in themselves to add to their sense of well being, understanding of who they are, and happiness. My goal is to allow a safe, non-judgmental space.
