Introduction

I come from the view that in a therapeutic relationship, trust, respect, and openness are essential. Life is full of unexpected events, tumultuous relationships, changes and transitions, and confusion with making the right choices for our lives and families. These events cannot be avoided, but I believe that humans have an incredible capacity for adapting to these things as they come our way. I am here to walk alongside you through the ups and downs in a safe and comfortable environment.
