My primary therapeutic approach in session is a mix between two modalities; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Logotherapy. I look at behaviors and thought patterns with my clients and encourage them to make choices which are constructively aligned with their goals and values. My style is direct, open and honest. I am an Army Veteran. I honor and appreciate those who make a living serving others. I offer a scholarship for educators, first responders and veterans. I work with people from all walks of life and welcome all those who desire to better themselves.
