Introduction

Terry has been in mental health services for over 15 years, serving children, families, foster and adoptive parents, individuals and couples. He completed his Master Degree of Marriage and Family Therapy at Indiana Wesleyan University in Indianapolis, IN and his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Franklin College in Franklin, IN. He has provided adoption support for child services, intensive in-home therapy, family therapy, premarital and marital therapy, individual therapy, and play therapy utilizing Theraplay. He has experience treating Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, Reactive Attachment Disorders, Opposition Defiance Disorders and Conduct disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders, Anger Management, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Drug and Alcohol Issues, Grief and Loss, Marital and Family Issues. Utilizing his training and experience in Strategic Family Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, SMART Recovery, Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, and attachment-based play therapy, he focuses on supporting clients in achieving long-term success for themselves and in their relationships.
