Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I work with individuals ages 12 and older, teens, adults, couples and families to create change. I use an integrative approach to counseling to meet each person's needs with aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness and other modalities. I am additionally a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I work with anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorders, self esteem, issues regarding sexual orientation and gender along with improving communication skills with couples to heal and restore healthy relationships. I am trained with Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Levels 1, 2 and 3. Life brings challenges that may impact individuals' belief in abilities to work though pain and obstacles resulting with hopelessness and feeling stuck. I am excited to work with you and provide support, tools and new visons for change to thrive.
