It's difficult making the decision to seek help! When a client finally makes the step to enter counseling, they just hope to find a therapist that is compassionate, non-judgmental, nurturing, and able to help them reach their full potential. Throughout my career in working with clients, I've heard many say they wished they entered therapy sooner. Don't hesitate to reach out for support and focus on your self-care and quality of life. I'm experienced in many areas including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, stress, obesity/weight loss, trauma, PTSD, school/vocational challenges, anger management, mood swings, self-esteem, women's issues, and more. I offer individual, family, and couples/marital counseling services. I also offer Bariatric Assessments/Evaluations. When you meet with me, you will feel at ease, heard, cared for, and supported. I find myself to be a warm, empathetic, and strength-focused counselor dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic care. I will assist you in reaching your goals, navigating life's challenges, and improving your overall emotional well-being.
