Terri Burns

Welcome, it is always an honor to work with individuals, couples, and families. As your therapist, I want to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little bit about my background and approach to counseling. My name is Terri Burns, and I am a highly trained and experienced couples therapist. I specialize in working with couples who are engaged or preparing to get married, helping them to build strong and healthy relationships that can withstand the challenges and stresses of married life. As a therapist, I take a holistic approach to counseling, looking at all aspects of your relationship, including your communication styles, values, expectations, and goals. I believe that each couple is unique, and my job is to help you understand and appreciate each other's differences while finding ways to work together as a team. I use evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach to therapy, which means that I will work with you to develop personalized strategies and solutions that are tailored to your specific needs and goals.
