As a young child I decided I wanted to help people the way others helped me. It led me to counseling, being an author and a business owner. Being in the filed since 2006 has allowed me to be on all sides of mental health and I believe it's my life's purpose to help people find their internal strengths to live a healthy life mentally emotionally and physically.
