As a queer transgender man, I know how it feels to be a person in process, claiming what is right and real for me, and having the courage to break free of others’ expectations. Parenting is often a lighting rod for anxiety and past trauma. Therapy helps parents recognize triggers and heal. An early intervention specialist for 17 years, I also offer a deep understanding of children’s behavior and a vast array of parenting strategies. I work with parents to identify their values and find solutions that meet the needs of each family.
