Terra Shishido holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College. Before becoming a counselor, Terra was deeply involved in supporting the welfare of military service members and their families, participating in programs such as the Key Spouse program and Military Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS), reflecting her dedication to aiding those who serve our nation. With over 17 years as a military spouse, Terra brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Her professional approach is enriched by her expertise in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapies, coupled with her global travels, enhancing her ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
