“I’m a passionate, caring individual committed to helping those with addiction and mental health issues learn how to begin live their best possible life, whatever that looks like to them. My work focuses on teaching individuals about their illness and helping them learn new ways of coping with difficult issues and starting their recovery journey. I believe in helping individuals by listening to them, encouraging them, working with them to design a treatment plan that fits their life, and trusting them to know what is best for their journey, afterall, it is their life. I’m passionate about ending stigma for mental health and addiction and empowering individuals in recovery and their family members learn to live life without mood altering substances and rebuild family bonds.
