Introduction

Are you experiencing fear or feeling like you are not a good mom? Parenting can be both exhilarating and exhausting! You are not alone! 1 in 4 moms and 1 in 8 dads feel this way. Untreated these struggles not only impact our relationship with our baby but with ourselves and significant others. I have been successfully treating parents experiencing postpartum mood and anxiety symptoms through Telehealth for the past 7 years. Telehealth allows my clients to be seen from the comfort of their home wherever they are located in Arizona. When I was a new parent 30 years ago I experienced postpartum anxiety and depression and felt very alone. As a result, I am very passionate and intentional about equipping others to heal during this postpartum period. Research affirms that we heal within the context of relationship and I want to be a part of your support team and teach you tools to thrive. I am trained in EMDR, DBT and EFT and work from a somatic framework acknowledging and incorporating the body and minds capability for healing. I am a Christian and integrate this into my practice when requested by my clients. You are not alone and you will feel better! Call or text me now (480) 234-3461.
