Introduction

I treat clients who struggle with life experiences ranging from childhood trauma, abuse, family and relationship conflict, polyamorous relationships, kink, substance and alcohol use and abuse, etc. Clients may require live video sessions or telephone sessions to which I provide Monday through Friday from 8am to as late as 8pm some nights depending on client needs. I work to help clients create and achieve goals that focus on creating and maintaining a positive future. My clients want to live healthier lives with minimal experience with anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges. I always like to get to know my clients outside of their stressors since therapy is built on a trusting relationship. Please feel free to share a bit about yourself, family, hobbies, preferences, etc. I have been a therapist for the past few years working with individuals with stress, relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other conditions My goal is to help treat you and to be there for you throughout and after some of the most difficult times and the positive moments in your life. You will be able to communicate openly with me with no fear of rejection, judgment, criticism, etc. I provide a safe space for one to share any and all concerns where you can trust confidentiality.
