Greetings and welcome to my page! As a therapist, I believe it is essential to meet my clients where they are with a calm, non-judgemental, warm, safe, empathetic and caring presense. I have a special interest in women’s empowerment, helping those abused as children, and those suffering from chronic illness and pain. I use a mosaic of modalities, depending on the situation and client's needs. This mosaic includes parts from Trauma Focused, Inner Child Therapy with some Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, Existentialism, and Mindfulness. My therapeutic modalities are always client-centered. I look forward to the privilege of working with you on your journey!
