Whatever brought you to reading my profile, I welcome you. I am an LICSW with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages in a variety of treatment settings. From that experience I bring a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. In simple terms that means I want to support individuals in his/her/their development of personal strengths to solve the problems that he/she/they may identify. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where knowledge from each person offers new perspective and new solutions. To this process, I bring an integrated approach which supports the development of targeted coping skills and reaching individual treatment goals. Many modalities contribute to this integrated approach, including (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Neuropsychology, and Exposure Therapy.
