I have been providing therapy services for over three decades. I specialize in obsessive compulsive and related disorders, anxiety disorders and have extensive experience working with clutter and hoarding, depression, disordered eating, grief and trauma-related issues. I have trained in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and energy psychology. I enjoy my work and am committed to tailoring treatment needs to each client. It is important for my clients to feel heard and to meet their needs as best I can.
