I hold a bachelor’s degree in social work from North Carolina Central University and a master’s degree in social work from East Carolina University. With over nine years of clinical experience, I have worked in community mental health, psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient therapy settings. My experience includes providing case management, discharge planning, individual therapy, in home therapy and group therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have worked extensively with adolescents on behavior modification, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also supporting parents in developing effective parenting strategies. Additionally, I have helped adults manage stress, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a focus on self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.
