Introduction

Hello! Welcome! It takes courage to seek support, and I commend you for taking the first steps toward healing. In life, there may be issues and traumas that negatively affect the way we view ourselves, our communities, and our relationships. Together, I want to explore these issues and assist you in building upon your toolkit in managing past, present, and future stressors. With this in mind, I provide counseling services to adults, children, and teens addressing a variety of concerns to include anxiety, PTSD, depression, behavioral issues, parenting, and more. I have the privilege of being able to support and provide care beyond traditional talk therapy with EMDR therapy. Additionally, I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health working with individuals who are experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, pregnancy/infant loss, and/or fertility challenges. As a parent, spouse, former caregiver and first responder, I understand the need for positive support. It is my mission to provide a collaborative, supportive, safe, and welcoming environment to assist you with feeling heard and validated.
