Introduction

Are you grappling with broken relationships, stressed out from multiple responsibilities, discouraged by life's challenges, or having a crisis of faith that has left you searching for answers? I believe that we can work together to bring your life back into balance. Driven by a deep desire to serve people in a personal and impactful way, I believe that everyone can benefit from the unbiased perspective found in a compassionate and collaborative counseling relationship. Through our work together, you can learn how to detach from difficult emotions, reframe negative beliefs, and explore how to make the changes you want to see in life. If you're ready to start making changes in your life and/or relationships, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation where I can answer any questions you may have about starting therapy. I specialize in working with adults and provide services to anyone in the state of Nebraska via video - no in person appointments. I do not accept any insurance, but I can provide a bill for reimbursement purposes. Fees are $75 per session.
